Enjoy Instagram

After installing that plugin, go to Settings -> Enjoy Instagram, you need to link your profile to your WordPress to be able to use the plugin - it will guide you through the setup.

The plugin allows you to display last 20 photos from your profile or tag you choose, photos will be displayed over your footer:
