for testimonials you need to install Purethemes CPT plugin (it is installed with Setup Wizard). You can add testimonials in Dashboard -> Testimonial -> Add new.
There is additional field for testimonial where you can add authors job title(position) 

Testimonials can be displayed using [testimonials-wide] shortcode that can look like this:

Team
